Your journey begins with a picturesque drive through the vineyards surrounding Paphos, where rolling hills and mountain views set the tone for the day. The first stop is Sterna Winery in Kathikas, a family-owned estate located at 650–700 meters above sea level. Here, you’ll visit the small winery museum, learn about Cyprus’ ancient winemaking heritage, and enjoy a guided tasting of red, white, and rosé wines accompanied by light local snacks. The route continues through Amargeti Village, a peaceful mountain village surrounded by nature. Take time to admire traditional stone houses, historic churches, and the Folklore Museum, offering a glimpse into authentic rural Cyprus.
